Siskins, nuthatches, and crossbills all receive food and shelter from this tree.

History & Lore
In 1862, the Blue Wonder Colorado Spruce was discovered growing in the meadows and streams into the Rocky Mountains. Word of this tree quickly spread and grew to fame. It is now one of the most popular landscaping trees favored by many. Along with this, it is also the state tree of Colorado.
